Wide-leg pants aren’t hard to style, but they do require balance.

One of the biggest mistakes I see is adding volume everywhere, a wide pant, oversized top, and chunky shoe can easily overwhelm your frame.

When styling wide-leg pants, I focus on three things:
• Defining the waist to create shape
• Balancing the volume with a more fitted or structured top
• Choosing the right shoe to create a longer, cleaner line

Florals were the theme for this month’s brunch, but instead of taking the expected route, I focused on proportion, contrast, and comfortable flats.
